Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the app via Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@sourmango.ai with the email address associated with your account.

Data Export

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data. To request a data export, email support@sourmango.ai or use the Request Data Export option in the app settings. We will process your request within 30 days.

Subscription & Billing

Ripe Membership subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To manage or cancel your subscription:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sour Mango

Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Sour Mango

For refund requests, please contact the respective app store directly, as we do not process refunds.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I change my passport country?

Go to Settings and update your passport information in your profile. Ripe Members can add multiple passport countries.

Is my location shared by default?

No. Location sharing with mates is off by default. You can enable it in your settings at any time. When enabled, only your approved mates can see your location.

Is the AI travel assistant accurate?

The AI assistant provides helpful travel recommendations, but information may contain errors. Always independently verify visa requirements, safety information, and travel regulations before making decisions.

What age do I need to be to use the app?

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use SourMango Nomads.

Why is the app not available in Hong Kong?

Due to regulatory requirements, SourMango Nomads is currently not available in Hong Kong S.A.R.
